Message: The service department made an honest mistake while doing some work on my bike. I discovered it later and called them. They sent someone to my house to pick it up, ordered new parts and repaired the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone owns up to and corrects them. Also, thanks to Zack for handling this in a professional manner.

Message: In the past month I have brought both my Harleys (a Softail and a Sportster) to HOD for service. In both cases the folks were thorough, fair, and helpful, explaining what they were doing and frequently calling me with updates. I am very happy with the service there and will definitely be back. Message: BIG Shout Out to the Service Team at Heart of Dixie HD. Recently I was riding from Va to Tx, picked up a terrible grinding noise that had me baffled and seriously concerned. Rolled into the service desk, explained the situation, they jumped right on, got all my info, had a tech take it for spin, he instantly knew what the issue was, took back in the shop, 10 minutes later he rolled it back out front, in under one hour I was back on the road headed west, and it didn’t even cost me a Hundred Dollars…LOL. It was actually such a stupid simple thing they didn’t charge me a dime. These guys were professional, super friendly, and beyond helpful, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Also it’s a huge beautiful dealership, and they had a lot of bikes in inventory which surprised me because inventory in my part of Va has been low for a long time now. Message: I purchased my bike from this dealership back in 2011 because of the amazing customer service. I returned with the same bike on 5-22-2023 but now customized, I needed my front fender replaced, and the service manager took care me in a timely manner. I recommend this dealership for outstanding customer service.

Message: I’ve been to a few dealership in my time and I have to say that from the store manager down to the cleaning lady, these people at Heart of Dixie Harley Davidson are the nicest, friendliest, and most knowledgeable crew I’ve ever had to deal with. They treat me like family and have taught more about maintenance and what to look at for when buying after market parts than I could possibly mention here. Class act. It hasn’t always been perfect but the few times where they were at fault, they made up to me ten fold. It’s not just me and my charming personality, lol, it’s everyone that walks through the door. Very impressive team/family. Hell they make me feel so welcome I go there just to hang out, drink coffee and tell and listen to the “ war” stories. You would be a fool not to search these people out.
