Message: The owner was very nice and professional about my service. I went in because my window controller would not work after letting the window down on a very cold and rainy day. He offered a temporary fix to let the window up and for me to order a replacement switch. He stated they would pop the replacement switch in at no charge. The service was $65 to let my window back up. I will be returning to have my switch placed this week as it has arrived. So far, so good! All the staff were nice and friendly.
