Message: Good morning at schillingers and airports by far the best cuz John works there and knows everything there is to know about the parts and whatever vehicle you're working on and how to go about fixing it the cheapest easiest and best way possible. I want to forward auto parts stores before I went to that one when I knew I should have went there first but I'm leaving one spark plug wire and they're all the same exact size and they were trying to sell me the whole set for over $100 said they couldn't break up he says and then I got to go home before the single out on the back and it cost $12. cant beat experience. he knows what the others don't.

Message: I called Schillinger/ Airport location to confirm warranty of my wheel bearing the day prior to my visit and was advised that my 3 year warranty was still in place. However I visited another location which was on Holocombe Ave due to near my mechanic. Tamela advised that I did not have a warranty on my wheel bearing nor hub. However she claimed that she was able to process my warranty on my hub but I would have to pay for another bearing which was $64. 34. I made the purchase. However when I bought the items to my mechanic, he advised that the bearing is poor quality than the one I had and to take it back and go to the O’Reilly that confirmed my warranty was in place, which I did. The sad part was as I was returning the bearing, Tamela agree that the quality of the bearing was bad, would not last, and she wouldn’t even put it on her car. I then went to O’Reilly on schillinger and airport which Gage was able to confirm that my bearing warranty was still in place into 2024 and ensured I received like kind quality as well. I did have to buy another hub however it was $40. 59 which is better than paying $64. 34 for a poor quality item which wasn’t going to last a year.

Message: O'Reilly's has a great selection of Auto Parts tools and accessories and antifreeze, batteries. The employees are super about asking you if you need help and don't mind at all. You can also get seat covers, air fresheners just about any parts you need for your car motor. If not they will order it and it will come in the next day. You can even get electronic parts. O'Reilly has more of a selection than most of the auto parts stores.
