Message: These people care so much! The guys in the back are so down to earth and I'm so grateful! They even offered to help me with a part I couldn't afford to help keep my family safe. I keep the men on my prayer list! If I ever get rich these men aren't gonna want for a thing!

Message: This is my second review of this location. I was treated the same way both times. I ordered tires that didn't come when they say it was coming. They gave me an appointment for tires they didn't have, which is a total waste of my time. There won't be a third time tho. Fool me once.. you know the rest. Pep boys is good, but this location needs new leadership. EDIT: Pep Boys has renewed my faith in them. As a former recurring customer, I felt disrespected with the customer service I had recently received, but thanks to Manny, who made things right, I have changed my review. Manny not only identified my problem, he fixed it and told me to return, just so he could check it again. Great service will get you great customers. Ill be back, for more tires for my other cars. Thanks Manny!

Message: Best car repair experience I’ve had in a while. (Last time I was here the guys rescued a stow away cat from the bumper). As for today, The Pep Boys understood the importance of repair without the delay. (Everywhere else a a week back log. ). I was amazed, although very busy, they were able to see about my tire installation this morning. Good deal, better tires and valued hazard coverage. Will call them first, before anyone else.
