Message: My husband and I worked with Johnny, who made the visit very comfortable. We were not expecting to buy, but take a look at some of the offers my husband had received by email. I enjoyed my 2021 Cadillac, but thought I might downsize since my grandchildren were reaching driving ages. I didn’t really like the smaller Cadillacs and I asked about a Buick. I must say Mr Johnny Roberts is one salesman that does want your business but cares about his customers, treats you like a human being with respect. The management staff should feel from proud to have him on their team. Everyone from the manager we met to the finance department everyone here was top notch. I will be going to see them again when I trade again.

Message: I was able to set up an appointment for the very next day. They were able to diagnose my vehicle within a few hours. Everyone was so friendly. I especially love the shuttle service. My vehicle was fixed within a day and a half. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. It is more expensive than your “local” mechanic but the turn around time is faster at the dealership. I highly recommend.

Message: This dealership is amazing. Everyone I worked with were extremely friendly and went well out of their way to make me happy. Jim Bragg is a wonderful salesman, I never at any point felt pressured. He listened to everything I said and took the time to answer every question and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about each vehicle I wanted to see. He never questioned any of my decisions, I actually felt like this was all about me and what would make me happy. They have a 3 days trade policy guarantee, which I did use. The sales manager was extremely accommodating and friendly, even bringing in vehicles from other Bentley dealerships just for me, now that is service! Every used vehicle I test drove was very clean and well-maintained. The finance manager was very patient and courteous, even though he had to do paperwork for me twice. I cannot say enough great things about this crew. All I can say is I am extremely satisfied with my experience and they now have a forever customer. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.
