Message: I've been using Dack for about 10 years now. I've always received good information, quality service and fair prices. If Mark says it'll be done by a certain time, it is. I've never had to return for anything they have repaired though I know if something wasn't up to snuff the problem would be corrected. A desk person would be useful to cut down on waiting but then people cost money and the prices have always been reasonable. I recommend the services there most highly.
