Message: My husband and I were on our third 25-hour one-way trip in a year from Omaha, NE to Vero Beach, FL today when we noticed that the battery light was on on the dash board. After doing some Google research, we realized we might need a new alternator and Jim Skinner Honda was 20 miles away. Needless to say, Shawn and his service technicians worked on finding an alternator for us and worked us in to their already busy work schedule on Memorial Day Weekend to fix it so we could get back on the road. We are beyond thankful and grateful for their hard work!
