The salesperson that helped me was Karen Dawson. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in every way. She explained everything in detail and was so kind and patient. I did not know Karen before but by the time I left I felt I had made a new friend! I left that day with a new 2023 Ford Edge and I love it. Message: These guys saved me, I had my 2018 serviced at Sharp Ford in pulaski TN a week ago. A 1200. 00 transmission service and 2 hoses were replaced. I headed south for a girl's trip well an hour away from home my ford service light came on and it started shifting funny. I pull over on the interstate and my vehicle is smoking! I make it to a service station and look under the vehicle and it's covered in oil. I call the dealership they say get it to a mechanic or preferably a Ford dealership and if it's their fault they will pay for it. So I look up dealerships and there is one in Cullman so I limp my ford to Eckenrod and I tell them my situation and I have my dog with me. They took me right in and Phillip checked my vehicle out and said that when the other dealership serviced my ford they overfilled the transmission fluid! So they made sure it was the right level and it was safe to drive within 45 min I was on my way headed south. So what could have ended in a costly devastation worked out! Thanks to Phillip and the red-headed guy at the service department. Me and RIO( My lab) appreciate your outstanding customer service. Thanks a million.

Message: My experience with Eckenrod Ford was nothing short of amazing! All three people that I had the pleasure of working with when I purchased my new 2022 F-150 were fantastic. First working with Haley during the ordering and production of my truck during which she was always keeping me updated and was always available to answer any questions! Then once the truck arrived, I worked with Karen. Karen quite literally jumped through hoops to help me with all the paperwork, she knew I was coming from 4 hours away and did her absolute best to have everything in order and ready for me when I stepped through the door so that I could be in-out and on the road home as fast as possible! And last but certainly not least was Jake, he was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable and good at what he does! I have no doubt that I left with the best deal for my new truck that I possibly could have!
