Message: They are the best. Even though I was late for my appointment, they took me right in and serviced my truck, Jeff the service mechanic was very polite and courtesies. Kellie at the front desk was extremely kind, courtesies, and professional, she even gave me a company bag with a hat, tee shirt, water bottle and air fresher for my truck. If you want professional service done with a spoonful courtesiesness, then Birmingham Freightliner is the place to come. FA REAL!

Message: Radiator fluid running everywhere 7 miles from this location. Had just got truck out of Freightliner in Tifton, GA ( the worst place). Ran into some warranty issues and confusion, just happened to start a conversation with Jeff Mallard in the service center. He looked over my paperwork, got with a technician, investigated, and found the issue regarding the warranty. He was able to clearly explain to me the actual issue and made me comfortable enough to move forward. Jeff Mallard is a Superstar and his customer service skills are top notch...
