Message: I had one of the most enjoyable hassle free experience in buying my car from CarMax. This is my second car that I’ve purchased from them and the service, courtesy and respect is outstanding from the beginning of the process to the end.

Message: Went in to look at a specific vehicle. Ty Williamson was great. We stopped him in his way onto the office. He was very attentive and worked with getting the keys for the vehicle I was interested in so we could get a good look at it and test drive it.

Message: The most painless and easy car buying experience ever! I loved being able to walk around the lot and look and browse all the unlocked cars. Made the shopping experience so nice. Didn’t feel like anything was being hidden or that I was being taken.

Message: I called Carmax and talked to a gentleman named Robert. I told him exactly what I wanted but I was indecisive and going through the list of vehicles he sent me. I really wanted an SUV but I did not want to pay a high down payment or high monthly payment. Robert was very calming and eager to help me find something I would be happy with. He found my Kia suv for me and told me it was already in Birmingham. I was extremely excited that once we ran everything the numbers matched what I was willing to pay. I went in for my scheduled appointment with all my documents printed and ready, I met with Jeremy, he also made the car buying experience an easy one. While we were waiting for all of my important documents for the DMV etc, Jeremy passed the time telling us his funny childhood stories. He kept us entertained and even suggested nearby restaurants because we mentioned we were hungry. I left out of there with an SUV I love, with great mileage, great features and happy that Carmax provides great customer service! I recommend them to anyone.
